What percentage of loot can be stolen from command center?

I'm not satisfied by the 'small amount' from the FAQ.

In BHG speak 'a huge amount' or 'gigantic amount' is around 1k-2k so about 50p for 'small'

Noticed raiders don't target the CP for the loot within.

The CP also doesn't seem to count as a defensive building, either for heavy cavalry targeting or destroying all defenses so your troops can return.

Neither does the TC, even if you're Japanese. The TC and CP only produce one wave of defenders, so guess they don't count.

Yup, its all right, excluding any bugs which can occur anywhere.
