What's the maximum loot cap on Food,Gold & Oil in EA & IA??

Does anyone know what's the maximum loot cap on Food,Gold & Oil in EA & IA from Mills,Market & Oil refinery??
Is it affected by level of Mills,Market & Oil refinery?

One of my guys took down a 167 base and scored 720k gold and 680k food .. does that help?

In IA I think the cap from markets/mills is 350k. On top of that we need to add loot from caravan, roads and farms (50%) and also the loot in the command post (5%)

Wasn't it originally 50% from farms/caravans and 15% from storage (mills/markets) ?

Is 7k is the cap limit on Oil refinery?? Even if I store over 90k Oils ?
