aah..thank you, Jane Monroe. I did suspect it was under some building. Is that a bug or visual glitch or is it a hack? Any idea?

Nexon is calling it a bug, but I have my doubts, it always seems to be strategic stacking and not something random like the library under the Town Centre. Yes please report it to CS.

Definitely a bug. If any building can be inside another building, that breaks the rules of building placement...And ultimately, is cheating when abused.

I have also seen this before. So, actually in this base I checked the forest's too. Don't know how they manage to keep it there. Did you report this base?
