Why all the hate on forum?

Cannot understand where I went wrong with postings of my experience with DomiNations. I have been attacked multiple times on this forum and would really like to learn why that has happened. I have not insulted anyone's topic or posting and have previously pointed out an opinion I had with the way I have seen some gamers approach their strategy. In doing so, I have not called out a single specific user since I have no idea who anyone is yet. Please please stop the negative messages to my account. I simply want to join in on this exciting forum. Thanks n advance, Liz. Also, thanks to the moderators, who are doing an outstanding job at correcting such antisocial behavior.

Because u and all the other new posters with generic real names(very few people do that) showed up at same time talking about how much u lov nexon, bhg, time, the game. It was painfully obvious these werent legitimate real postings that its an insult to our intelligence. Fix the broken AI and you wont need fake posters to talk about how great the game is. Because it will in fact be great then. And u wont have to try and fool us. Well...at least once we have air units in industrial, working social features, and alliance wars....then it will be a great game. Yes the customer service is much improved

Your original posted topic..."players please stop blaming your bad gameplay on this game".... was a terrible way to introduce yourself to this forum. You pretty much insulted a group of experienced players by claiming that we haven't read or understood the troop strengths and weaknesses and don't get the intent of this game. You also didn't offer any suggestions on what the intent or approach of this game should be. As for sending negative messages to your account, that is unacceptable and should not happen. It should kept on the public forums. I'm just curious to know why you think forum moderators are correcting "antisocial" behaviour?...warnings and forum discipline is usually a private matter via email. Anyway, good luck in the game.

I went ahead and read your thread just now, and Aussie guy is right. You did insult the experienced players saying that "I've never seen so many frustrated gamers upset at a game they don't understand" Sorry but you were way to aggresive and arrogant, everyone has different opinions and you kind of didnt respect that on your thread.

That being said, there are people who supports the company and the game, it could be that maybe some people thinks that they will get "luckier" in game if they "support" the changes Developers does, or that they actually do like the changes lol. Sadly everyone isnt that open minded on people having different opinions.

I've been following this game and forums since its inception (I downloaded and played DomiNations since it was released in the U.S. AppStore) but quit playing around the time the rampant hacks became apparent. I've followed the forum to this day, during the days of WhatWhat, BOOQUIA getting accused of cheating (but actually being an honest, spending player), and AussieGuy and his tough-love posts. I've expressed my frustrations many times to my Alliance, Force of Nature and to our/its leader MadFury (you've seen him on the forums as well), but I'm still sticking around to see the game out. I know its a startup and I want to see how the game ventures a year from now.

The new players popping up does seems suspicious and they're are most likely forums trolls. It's almost to the point where their posts are satire. AussieGuy and the fellow forum posters that frequent the forums do so because they truly care about this game and want to see it succeed. They are, like me, early adopters that want to see the game through. To insult them or any dedicated player is truly demeaning to the community as a whole.

While the new posters and posts praising the game may have good intentions behind them, they come across as almost condescending in nature and in a sense, as BOOQUIA put it well, delusional. While at times its great to praise the game for accomplishments, the forums are also a venue for the players to come together as a whole to discuss the game. The general attitude of the forums gives a sense of how part of the community who plays the game is feeling about it. If the game is doing well, you'll see posters post strategies and tips, if the game is doing maybe not so well, you'll see many threads pop up offering criticism (some constructive but not all the time). The posters and users that have been around the longest (without getting banned) are here because they care, and to shun or censor them is not conducive to a growing startup.

I feel like that is the issue.
When I first came to these forms that is all I seen is negative comments. People saying this person is hacking or this person is doing this or isn't doing this.
It is kind of a turn off from the forms when that is all you are reading. I hardly see anyone post positive things on these fourms.
I understand players are frustrated with nerds or bugs. But when all you do is post the negative and never say thank you for these awesome new units or for keeping us updated on things or getting the sever fixed then yes people are going to be left with a nasty taste in there mouth about you.
I work in customer service so I can only give my opinion when some one calls in and is a complete jerk to me I'm not as willing to help them as if they are patient and understanding of the situation. I get it you all have been playing for 6+ months and there is still issues. If you feel like nothing is going to change then just leave the game and come back in 6 months to see if it has improved. Nothing will get done by repeatedly saying the same issues over and over.

I feel insulted by Elizabeth. She calls our behavior antisocial while we welcome all new players and help them. Check tactics forums. She/he called us haters, while we are the most loyal players who haven't left the game, paid money while game failed each one of us multiple times. She/he/it called our gameplay bad what is a 100% lie, cannot be proven, etc

@dalgleish. U came to the forums and saw nothing but cheater hack bug nerf broken AI threads because that was the condition of the game. The forum is the thermometer for the game. I couldnt log into my game for 3 weeks and was compensated a small amount of crowns. You get attacked multiple times at night even with active peace treaty. A month ago tons of people were using maxed out industrial age bases to attack me. When i attacked players they had 30 cannnons for defense. Or the game would crash(hacks) killing my army and handing me a loss. Wall miners wont explode vs walls if ur other units are near them. Heavy cav have an entire page of broken AI problems. The update says it will fix one of those problems. So my french army can not use its special unit heavy cav their so completely broken. So my army has no tank, bullet sponge to absorb damage so my dps units who cant take damage can do their job..and i can break walls with wall miners. So im stuck using infantry for 3 different roles. Breaking walls, taking damage and dealing damage. Because there no other unit that even comes close to being able to take damage, break walls, kill cavalry. Were forced to shove infantry into several roles they werent meant for. Which really just means your army cant destroy a maxed out base without working tools(wall breakers and cav).

So no working social features. Cheaters dominating the game when they attack u or u attack them. Broken battle system. So yeah...the forums were a hornets nest of complaints

Not to mention the people whos villages were swapped with newb bases. People who were given billions of free crowns. People like myself who couldnt log in for a month. So go ahead....be super in love with nexon, bhg and tell us how our bad tactics is the reason were being so whiney

Because i guarantee u i understand the unit funcion, balance, purpose better than you or the developers. So when u say out bad tactics is why were whigning its both insulting to us, and shows ur complete lack of in depth knowledge of tactics or the game. Im not a developer or programmer. I dont pretend to have knowledge in those fields. But my entire lifes hobby, recreation

Has been strategy games. Right now im sliding through the cracks of ur game maxing out my results and pushing the units where they werent meant to go. When industrial comes out. Whenever u nerf or buff something ill be there taking advantage.

Why should we say thank you for new units? U mean guerillas and sabatuers? There was plenty of topics of excitement then they were nerfed. Which is fine but how much praise do u want? The core of the game is still broken. Also people have said the customer service is better. But whos gonna post topic after topic about that? Only u as employee care that deeply about the improved customer service. Thats like demanding i write my government love letters whenever they fix the broken roads. Something that should be working already

I think this thread has gone way of topic, but welcome Elizabeth Jones!! I myself am new to the forums, but I have experienced my share of cheaters in game play. To be honest with you I'm sitting now barely ever playing anymore, but I am looking forward to flying troops so I am sticking with the game until the industrial update, if not much changes after this update then I'll remove the game, plain and simple.
