Why ww defense howizer just come out right away? Bug?

I found this long time ago before the recent update. Normally the donated defense troop will come out from town centre after the orange bar finishes. But in ww the howizer just come out right away which gives me no time to place a sabotage on town centre! In the worst scenario they could kill all my riflemen in the first 5 seconds when Im still placing my other troops!

Is this a bug or some special design for ww??

No. You are mistaken from the start. All the DONATED troops spawn instantly when one of your units wander into the TC range. The orange bar is for partisen defenders(8 for normal, 16+ for chinese).

You can prevent them from spawning by sab-ing the TC beforehand. You have to visually calculate the range though.
