will not boot, problems server side?

game will not boot; the bar goes all the way to the right side, then freezes. waiting/re-trying does not matter.

this is the second time i've encountered this; previously i re-installed and it came up with a new dawnage town!
i had to re-load from the game center saved version.

i have two tablets (we are a couple) and my lady's tablet is fine. is this a server/account corruption issue?
i would rather not have to regularly re-install.

edit: okay it's their problem.
last time this happened to me; i cleared it by re-installing and loading my base from ios 'game center'...
perhaps this re-installs the base onto one of their servers that is operational?

edit: i contacted customer service; they said "We have made some adjustments to your account to see if this will permanently fix your issue...."
but the problem is still there. think i should try re-loading from game center? (there goes my night witches ...)

I have the same problem. It's one hour I'm trying to connect, but there are no ways... a message suggest me to check my connection, but I have no connections problems, I'm writing this message right now with the same device...
