Win but loose Medals.....

Today i loose 2x 39 Medals!

One from a cheater base... I set a Volksgrenadier and the game is closing....
and the second one i kill the town center and win > then i become a network error.
On the replay i win, but i loose medals.......

I swear to god I thought I was hallucinating. So I am not the only one? I was desperately trying to reach 1200 medals (was @ 1170~) and won like 3 games in a row BUT I ENDED @ 1150~.... FRUSTTRATING!!

The Gamemaster are joking... its my network connection..
Sure the Replay ist correct, i won, buts it my network connection...

I have buy both starter packs and some crowns.
I used crown to speed up train and get some trade goods. It gave no compensation, nothing. Frustrating....

The issue might be our connections but that doesn't distract from the fact that their servers are not recording the games in real time quickly enough. When there is a network error their servers go back to the last properly recorded event and the game progress is logged as that. That actually makes sense but this can be avoided if their servers recorded the events instantaneously.
I once won a 5star battle, got 24 medals, went back to my base, started retraining THEN my game froze/crashed - after l loaded it again l had lost 21 medals and the battle log showed l had a 1 star win for 3 medals, with the battle only lasting 80 secs.

Even though l had returned to my base and started retraining their servers went back to their last stable recording - about 4 minutes earlier.
