Hello,
I really would like to have a clear response to the following points :
1) Last week we did a war with my alliance Frenchparadox, we started doing our attacks, after this the war was canceled for us and we wen't back to the last screen of the previous world war. However it turns out that our opponents still could attack and thus we lost 501 glory ! A few players from our alliance contacted the user support, some of them got a response saying that we would get a compensation (heavy tank army in the stronghold and the ressources we would have gained). However it's been 3 days now and nobody received this compensation, what is happening ? I've contacted the support twice and everytime I get the same robot-like response "sorry ... asking for patience ... other questions blabla .." but no compensation, why ??
2) During this war we used coalitions, I used 3 at high level which means that I spent a lot of national trade goods for nothing ! Why don't you simply give us back the amount of ntg we've spent or at least a decent amount of crowns ?? in the same way why don't you give us back the 501 glory we've lost in a very unfair world war ??
3) 2 wars before we had an enemy stronger than us with high level nuclear age players were we could win only 50 glory but we lost it and lost 600 glory in a total unbalanced unfair war !! Combined to the war above this means we lost over 1100 glory in less than 1 week because of wars which were bugged or totally unfair, we had 19500 glory, now we are back to 18400, and it will be long to get back to the amount we had considering the fact that we have many wars which only make us win between 9 and 70 glory ... why can't Nexon just give us back the glory we shouldn't have lost ??
4) For the moment we lost so much glory because of these problems that we stopped world wars, waiting for better times, but how long do we have to wait ??
Even regarding all these problems which made us loose so much, we keep playing and we are asking just for one thing, a decent compensation for all our losses which include the promised items (HT army in stronghold + ressources), a help on the glory to get us back at a decent level and a fair amount of crowns which are really representative of what we lost. But most of all I really would like to have a clear and honest answer for every point above.
