WW: stars disappearing

Friday morning complaint:
we are against a Sandbagging team: they have 12 AA and all the remaining are global age, except the last 4.We are 2 AA 6 global and the others are IA or EA. We win 200 glory points and we lose 621. So far everything looks "normal". We are outmatched, but being more SKILLED war is going very well. So, as there is a real chance to stalemate or even win (3 AA on my base so far without 5) our 5 stars disappeared!!!!!! Dampkring attack on n 13 FC, AA very nice base: puff! 0 attacks for damp and 5 stars less!!
Nb4powerup please tell us there's a chance to give us back those 5 stars. we have screenshots, we have a video. Stars appeared and then disappeared, no spinning circle. we can't lose 621 glory points for a bug like that. I'm ok to lose if we can't get the perfect score even if enemy uses sandbags, but this way definitley not.

I'm extremely sorry but it is not possible to add stars back in a war.

Nb4powerup Thanks for the reply. Sometimes happened that the attack was given back to the one who lost it.
This time, despite the 9 hours of war remaining when we wrote, cs didn't even reply. Useless to say..we lost by 3 stars. I feel like a compensation for the entire alliance should be given as we literally wasted 2 months glory progress.
when you stalemate 80% of the wars is not nice to lose for such a bug.
Please note that this was not a crash. Stars appeared, we saw the score going from 90 to 95 and then rolled back to 90 for no reason

let's hope they find a way to restore the attack in these cases! or at least give back the attack to the player

We just lost a war, resulting from 2 attacks that were lost due to this issue. Players are losing attacks, world wars, troops, and tactics. Players are also losing card armies they paid real money for, yet CS is offering no compensation. Not even the standard 100 crowns. Nexon still has our money, but stole the product we paid for. What is your plan to compensate, and if none, why should we continue to spend money on this game?

yes, they also didn't give us any crown for the inconvenience. I mean, i knew they wouldn't have given the crowns to the entrire alliance, but the player who lost the attack had no compensation for that, not even the usual 100 crowns.

100 crowns is pitiful for the cost a star costs in war (350k gold/food/4k oil) Check their market at how much they charge for resources. Adequate compensation should go at market rates + compensation for the lost attack (if the prayer can demonstrate via video etc what happened).
Alternatively, GIVE BACK THE ATTACK or COUNT THE STARS.
Had this twice in the last 4 wars and last war, I've had an attack not show up and register 5 minutes later. Also, my warloot was less than what I should have been given. (gold and food off and about 500 less oil)
