XP lost for Library and Armory research

I've seen other people mention this, but for some reason it's not in the "Known Issues" list. Anytime I research a new technology, I lose the XP gained from that technology after my next login to the game. This is most noticeable when I end up losing a level the next time I log in. This has been ongoing for a month now.

Same here. Yesterday, after upgrading a coalition i got to level 100. After restarting the game i went back to level 99. Noticed that before with a general upgrade. Who knows how many times it happened?

L.E I wrote to CS about it. They said they knew there's a problem with XP loss, working to fix it, nothing to do for the moment, bla bla.

This is very simple to dig it up. I reported it long time ago, it started when the xp was recalculated. Now you are recieving xp for upgrading general, forests or troops a certain amount which is specified in the upgrade window. After is finished you are recieving it but after logoff is substracted. It was dismised as visual bug but is still a bug. Or you fix the window before upgrade with the correct xp points or do not substract them at all.

Library works for me, but i don't get any XP whatsoever from armory, no matter what research is done. @Nb4powerup any news about that digging?

Lost another 600 XP in library research again...guess it is about time to give up on this game

The bug was fixed weeks ago, but with a small update for a event it was activated again. I lost thousands of XP with this bug. Every XP for a research is gone. I am at level 126 and i stay there for months now. Without all the lost XP i would be at level 127 or 128. Over the next weeks i upgrade to IA where you get tons of XP in the beginning. But i think without a bugfix i will stay at level 126 forever.

my level is 126 in EA also, and, I have finished so many upgrade and research and clean forests... always, return back to the fixed value again.
It is really so simple bug but, I do not know why Nexon do not fix it over couple of updates. -..-
I want to keep waiting when they will fix it.

and, It is not affected by Library or Armory only, it is affected by all kind of updates,

It does seem widespread - I've not been getting XP from research in particular for a coupe of months, but I don't really care whether I'm 163 or 165, 166 or whatever, assumed it would sort itself out eventually

So if people are not getting the experience - but still getting what they upgraded - what's the big deal ??!! I can understand if people ''paid'' for something and didn't get the item - but complaining about exp levels ..... really?

At least Eddie F1 has the right perspective. ....

The XP loss is not a big deal, as the level isn't important at all in the game. But this is a thread where people simply notify all the bugs they encounter and this is a bug.

It is a bug deal to me, because I want to jump from EA to GA,

And, technically the xp is jumping up and down in the game, it is a problem, even the level.

Yawn. Bug still here. Just finished S35 tank last night and XP bar was a quarter full, this morning it's literally a single pixel, so obvious.

I don't care about my XP and I'm waiting to hear back from CS about a network error that cost me my entire army & air force (about which I DO care) so I'm not about to open another ticket, but this bug is still affecting me too. Almost a week and 150k oil spent upgrading my fighters gave me XP only until I closed the app.
