Broke the peace treaty, was just about to destroy the Town center but as soon as I used one of my tactics and rallied the troops on the town center, the yellow loading circle popped up as if indicating there is some network problem on my side and the game crashed after that.
Due to these above problem I have lost around 80 medals in last 2 days and broken many peace treaties, got invaded several times after every crash and lost more medals.
I thought there must be server problem on my side, the wifi acting up, so I ran tests on the pc with speedtest and google pings within a few seconds of the yellow loading circle but results were in my favor. I think there is server side problem on your side maybe.
Also add lower quality(LQ) option in settings as sometimes the phone lags after the new update 4.0.0
