"You are being scouted" message

hi everyone.

I often see this message as I try to login to my account. sometimes it has a timer which asks me to wait for a certain amount of seconds in the hope that "they will move on". More often though I see no timer and it simply asks me to reload.

I can do that reload action then several times. Sometimes so many times that I'm wondering why I've just spent the last 10 minutes of my life pressing a button to get into a game on my phone.

I'm wondering what the mechanics are. Surely there can be a way that it automatically puts you in a queue to enter your village automatically when the assailant has finished scouting and decided not to attack? Why am I being forced to manually reload the game many many times for me to seemingly at a random moment be allowed access to my town?

Is no-one else frustrated with this?

Surely a more elegant solution can be coded than this?

Same been happening to me, on and off for a few months now, complained to Customer Service, got Generic response, and No resolution of problem...
Situation normal then...

Why they can't do like every other game and yank you from the queue when you try to log on is beyond me. Should be simple to do. When you have 10 minutes to play in your day and can't log in because of this BS, it's not cool.

Yeah it's thoroughly annoying to be honest. I hope the developers are paying attention to this thread.

I noticed it all depends on medal lvl. if i drop below 700 it take me 5-10 mins to log in. I am EA so i try to go no lower than 900 when doing loot attacks
