Why is this even an issue. I would love to have access to MY game that I have paid for. I can understand that while I'm being scouted I will not have access to my account but scouting takes no more than 30 seconds and after that you are either under attack or the opponent moves on. Why does it take 10 minutes to get access to my account. Is there any way to fix this issue? Ludog "Rogue Mafia"

It's either they don't know how to rectify it, or they don't care because they have more in game content to add without improving their servers. Which in turn will lead to more crashes and bugs.

Nb4powerup could u add some info on this pls? In a que or not as soon as u try to log on once that scout is over u should b out of the que. I've dealt with this many times as well and it's frustrating.

The reason these posts keep appearing is the questions r either brushed off or get buried. So pls Nb4powerup any info would b appreciated, not like anyone else from Nexon/BHG would help out.

Bump. Nb4powerup we understand you're just somebody trying to do a job with the information that they give you. However, these "internet connectivity errors" have been ridiculous in the past week. Much worse than they've ever been. Is there an official statement from Nexon? Is something beside more content added to this capsizing boat being worked on? The silence is deafening, and only furthers the player's discontent.

Yeah, the scouting thing is annoying too.

Seriously, why can't the battles finish without player input, at the very least?

New to forums, until now I always voiced my concern in game support contact. I also agree , if disconnecting please let battle finish with ai. It looks like they have feature in place when being attacked.. it says you be loaded in xxx minutes xxx seconds, but it doesn't work well. Fix that and allow scouting the same message. I want to play the game I paid for, can I please be next in queue after being scouted. If no moderator answers these posts then I will go back to using in game support. (If I am able to ever post, 1 week so far , not one post approved

I'd love to be able to actually do something other than look at that screen during that moment. Like for example, being able to switch accounts.

I often get the "You are being scouted" after I was already attacked and have a peace treaty. It seems to sometimes stop that silly message if I clear cache.

A good way to "fix" it is to force close the app in android settings, then restart it. That lets me in 95% of the time.
