1st dynasty NOT hacking

Atinyfish1386 recently created a topic saying 1st dynasty is hacking, naming a player called Bill. His reason was that he cannot do arithmetic, and he was promptly put in his place by other forum members. He apologized and deleted the topic.

However, Nexon has banned Bill. Nexon your sheer incompetency is astounding. We report players on a daily basis and you do nothing. Yet some moron that can't count makes a silly complaint and you ban a legit, ethical player without even double checking? It is ridiculous and you are ruining the game. Whatever salary you get paid, you don't deserve it. Shame on you. Unban Bill immediately.

Surely the post today would have resulted in a thorough investigation before acting on banning ... I would like to think that is the case regarding any player being banned.

Hopefully this will be sorted out just as quickly as it was handled ...

Perhaps there is a lesson to be learned from this, do not post screen shots of players troop trays, it might just be a display error. Donated troops may have become mixed up with regular ones if they are the same nation. Report them if you wish to ease your mind ...

It may not have been your post. Customer service take a long time to ban players with bases that are obviously not standard.

We may never know what led to his ban. I am looking forward to learning that it has been resolved favourably.

It was regarding the total number of attacking units. But the donated troops were not included in the calculations. Normally donated troops appear separate in the tray, this time they were among the regular troops making it look like Bill had too many troops.

Hi, all. Yes, it was apparently tinyfish's -- and worse, Nexon's -- inability to add that led to this. The whole thing is unbelievably stupid. For months we report obvious hacks (stacked buildings, etc.), and Nexon does nothing. Then on one stupid post on the forum, they ban me?

They have apologized, but not made it right.
