4x offers: I met all requirements and they don't award the crowns

During the 4x offers, I downloaded the Walking Dead game. After ~19 days, I completed all requirements and didnt receive the crowns automatically. I send them a message with all relevant proof and they denied the award without explaining anything. I can't send them a message as the ticket is closed and there is no Missing Crowns link anymore.

This is outrageous and I am 100% right in asking for the missing crowns. Below is the proof of my claim.

We all got screwed at a certain point with those offers, once the ticket is close you cant do anything. I know its frustrating, you lost your time....

I know they usually don't do that so I guess I was lucky(?)
