Alliance Reinforcements never showing up @ my gate.

For some reason, at least 1/2 the time if not more, when I request reinforcements, after a brief while the request goes away and the "Troops Received" count goes up but I never get the troops. The button at the bottom of chat immediately changes to "Request again in..." until the timer times out and I can request again. If I click the Info button on the gate, no troops appear on the bottom (nothing in Town Center Info either).

I have also notice on some occasions, when I actually do receive the troops, they randomly just go away without me using them in a raid or in a defense.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Game name is same as on Forum.

I can verify this, as I have often given him the troops.

From best I can tell, this appears to only affect the troops ClasherBob sends me. I can recieve troops from other Alliance members but not him. Will have to check and see if others are getting his troops.

Just verified with another alliance member that they aren't getting Rob's reinforcements either so the problem appears to be on his side.

I play the game with two devices right in front of me and thereby have special insight into the alliance functionality. There is occasional glitches where troops never arrive, sometimes they take a long time to arrive. But it usually works normally. I wouldn't say there is a code glitch, it could be a database configuration issue or an overloaded database server. Im sure they dont want complete integrity for donated troops when there is extremely high load.

I think this is one of the server related issues that the game has. My notice is that things that are probably centrally registered, like troop donations, attack and defense results, etc., are regularly mildly to very lagged. Medal count updates for me often take at least seconds after I end the fight. Also being scouted seems to lag after the 30 second scouting period. I hope that the extra servers will solve these issues.
