Anyone getting shorted on crownpass?

The last 2 times I felt like I was shorted a day or 2 so I sent the message to customer asking for prove of delivery then they said yes I was delivered all the crowns. So I ordered again and this time I took all of the screen pic(Best I can).

so I didn’t get the extra the last 2 days if counting first extra 100 because the first pic I took on the top left corner was right after the first one. I don’t know it’s a UTC bug but I definitely didn’t get all my crowns.

Yep, same thing happened to me and Customer Service said all crowns were delivered...but they were not as I was definitely shorted. Ergo, have not purchased Crown Pass since...lol.

Hmmmm! So this genius reply back to me with this. (Pic below) basically, saying after verification they missed the first 100 and not the last so they are giving me 100.


these people needs to get a customer service retrained. I just spent $300+ on this summer rush and they are going to brush me off with this lame excuse? I’m now offended.

Glad I’m not going crazy! I could have swore the last couple I’ve been shorted 2-3 days. I submitted a ticket and their response was canned to just tell me how it works.

Going to Apple for a refund now.

If you don’t have prove they’d tell you that everything is kosher and you’ve got everything. If you have prove, like me then they’ll come up with some bs and let you have half back, just because. Hey you can’t always believe your lying eyes.

Update:
As im tying this, I received an email and another genius said go get me your bill San order number from App Store. Seriously? Do they really need it? When I contacted them the first time without prove they were citing the 2 dates from start to finish and they didn’t miss anything. Now, I have pic to prove they want me to do more work when they can look it up themselves. These “so call grand masters” are just bad for business. The marketing guys should be sitting there pumping sales not some ignorant wannabe.

I got shorted too once and thought I made a mistake. After 2 more crown passes, I stopped buying it because they are stealing 100 crowns from my purchase each time

This Crown Pass feature can still be improved. For example, people who buy it for first time are getting normal price, getting their crowns until day 7.
For next purchase, price is lowered by 25%. For third purchase, price is cut 50% from the original price. Then price is reset again, the cycle goes on. I'm pretty sure people will be more interested, especially ftp players like me, might be tempted to try.
