Are the SA ranking changes for war live right away?

Just wondering if the Space Age weight glitch changes are live and implemented right away for any new war searches now that the update is live? I know some things take time to be phased in and was curious. Thank you!

The war weight fix just went live! High level Space Age bases should once again be weighted heavily by the matchmaking system.

Bases all over the place top base is base 5 8th is base 2 opponent is the same class as before real garbage still

But hey another 3 months and a massage update later we get to buy more crap and they will address it then ... screw this game it's got nothing but worse and worse since these changes started leading all the way back to rebalance

I understand its frustrating but quitting the game because of it is a bit much.
Plus there are no other games like Dominations. Unless you willing to play COC.

So here is the status of the game

War has been terrible since war changes were made any team could control their date before with irons
Now just a waste
Hackathon to build max bases never been was stopped so now level 300 bases with max generals are everywhere
Response to cheating is null and void at best they will get a 3 day ban no roll back and be right back cheating in no time as well the previous rolled back players just recheat to get back to where they were.
Crash base bug still alive and well and used by nearly every alliance in the game
Compensation for crashes on a crash base are 2 ninja cards for the 4 Moto machine cards you used of you get anything at all
I know if I started playing today I would uninstall it in a day or two . I would not be allowed in war as an early age because my base would mess up the war it would be a year of solo play before I could. I think this is a cumulation of so many things broken now I don't see a way to fix it too many cheating now to ban them there would be no players left . I don't see a way to keep this up

Glory gain loss should be set to 0/0 and or wars should be canceled and war seach suspended
