Best Medal Loot Range?

Hey all, I'm new to DomiNations, been playing about a week and a half. I'm Greek, lvl 30, and just started an upgrade to Medieval Age. I've noticed the most loot I've been able to steal is 30-50k gold/food. I've been hovering around 300-500 Medals, but am curious whether there are better ranges to get loot at? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

I'd say it depends on how good your base design is and how much it's upgraded...if its maxed at Classical and you have a good design, I'd say it's safe to go between 500-700 medals. I'm maxed and going to Med and I'm hovering around 700...loot is usually about 40k-100k of each.

I found 800-1000 is the most efficient for me. You also get some free crowns from League. Higher than that, requires blessings, mercs,etc and kinda boring to wait for army recovery. Crowns aren't exceeded too, so it's a big mistake in balance.
