Broken peace treaty is NOT fixed!

So CS wants to make a distinction that my peace treaty wasn't broken. Rather I didn't receive a peace treaty after my first defeat. So this is a different bug with no eta for resolution. Same end result to players though...
This peace treaty stuff is weird. Wish they'd just grant people a PT regardless of victory or defeat. Having someone loot my base, close app, and then get attacked a 2nd time is unacceptable. I don't actually believe the PT issue will ever get fixed though tbh. I don't have much faith left in the game now. The crashes have even become worse rather than better. Meh, it's just a damn game I suppose.
