Build time reduction 12.1 with AA tower

There looks like something wrong with the level 1 upgrade to level 2, it still ''7 days'', but level 2 to level 3 is now ''5 days 4 hors''

Please report this to our CS Team here. It is possible that you might be able to fix this issue with a hard reset of the game, but that hasn't been found to be a definitive workaround as it isn't consistent.

The level 1 upgrade to level 2 AA Gun should now reflect the proper reduced time of 1d 9h
