Bulldozers and Construction Rigs

I think the workers in Industrial Age and with all the oil boom are still a little outdated. I thought in the Industrial Age they would begin to use bulldozers to clear forests, chain saws to clear trees, dynamite to clear stones and construction rigs to upgrade buildings instead of hoes, axes and hammers.

This is a fantastic aesthetic addition, although I don't know how they would add the rigs with the houses. Unless houses were replaced by large city blocks, which would make it harder to build bases around bigger structures.
