Can I or can I NOT use my stag lures?

Hello guys. I am finally getting some free workers tomorrow and was planning on claiming my 22 stag lures and in the same time do the challenge. I absolutely DO NOT want to get banned over this. I am even planning of video recording it just in case I do get banned. I DEFINETELY do not want a 1,2 or 3 day ban over something as stupid as this.
Can you guys confirm if claiming my 22 lures at one go will get me banned or should I video it just in case? Thanks.

Would also like to know if I can use my other lures, I do not want to risk getting banned but I do want to complete the weekly quest.
