hello everyone who bothers to read this these days.
​since ive begun to play i was unable to watch adds or make any purchases or instantly retrain on my tablet.
i can do all this on my mobile, and this is very annoying, especially when i can t retrain troops for the war
i have tried to reinstall, double checked the app has got all permissions it needs(or doesnt, dont know why it can read and delete content on my sd card if one cant even install the game to sd card)
i canwatch videos and pay to advance(not to win) other apps on the tablet (have done so many times since i started dominations) and hope any of you guys can help

I have heard of this before, sometimes it's the region your living in. But if you're able to watch the vids on your phone region should not be the issue I would guess. Had some allies that get it fixed by contacting support. Did you try that?

Yes most of the time it's related to your region. Contact CS immediately.
Don't forget to set purchase permission on your Appstore/Playstore also (I remember seeing settings for individual app purchase permission in Playstore in a few Android phones but I could be wrong). Just contact CS first.

It's because of the device you use and the software it's on. My alliance member has a mini 2 but it's not updated. While they can upgrade the game, they don't have the ability to watch videos and instant because they're on an older iOS. It is on purpose though as that device is jailbroken so they can't update it. But when he plays on the phone it's fine as it's on iOS 12. You didn't mention what devices you have but I'm sure it's because of this issue.

Hello I new in this game actually my friend invited me to play this game .. So i downloaded this game to play with him but when i click on it a message appear on screen that my device has been permanently banned due to suspicious activity . while i am playing this game first time ... I factory reset my phone but it is still showing the same ban message ... I need assistance on this ... I just bought this phone 2 months ago its Android 6.0

Hard reset (not only factory reset - that's only soft reset). Then contact CS from their web, listed here. On top right of the page, those 3 stripes, click there.

I can watch ads on iPhone 5 despite of its lower gpu spec than iPad mini 2 Cannibals. Can't be true -_-

It’s what sileepuppee said. It has to do with the device you use and the iOS/android version it is. I played on an iPhone 4 and Samsung galaxy tab lite 2 and couldn’t watch videos on those.

Create a new google or apple account and use that to play the game. The ban would be attached to your account used so resetting your device won’t do anything

What, people still playing on iPhone 4? All civilizations games should discontinue supporting these older devices. They're not effective anymore and since they are not allowing players to watch ads, there are no profits on supporting these older devices.

I don’t use it anymore. Doesn’t work anymore just crashes before it gets to the loading screen
