Citizens for hire

Hi guys what would you think about acquiring hired workers through dock expeditions? Maybe they could build 10%-20% faster than regular citizens(depending on their origin)...I never use the dock because the army reward is too small for me to spare the villagers, but if I could hire citizens that would cut down build times I would use it for sure. (As long as it is more efficient in the long run)
Anyway, tell me what you think.

This is a very old idea. We all have tried giving many suggestion about 'more citizens' but nexon does not care.

What will likely happen is another building, call it the student apartment complex, will be available in the Flower Power Age, where you will be able to get 12 extra workers.
Unfortunately, they won't want to work for ''the man'', be too busy cultivating plants or spending their day protesting.
If they DO decide to work, which would be a random feature, they will only work for 2 hours a day. So upgrades will take ''like, forever, man!!'' !!!
