Command post/Marco Polo bug?

When collecting rubies that are in my CP Marco Polo shows i now have 900 rubies. But when trying to spend 400 on a war chest a message states i don't have enough rubies to complete the transaction. Then i return to my CP and the rubies are back in there again. All food and gold gone but rubies remain.

I reinstalled the game but problem remains.

They solved it pretty quickly.....
