So the command technology says it shaves 1 hour off of general recovery time. Does anyone know if that is all recovery times? e.g. If recovery would be two hours due to minimal damage it would now be one (or 0 with both levels studied). Or if it is just off 'full' recovery times?

all, i've often gotten generals with 0 time after they were damaged....

Yep. Frequently I get 0 crown retrain cost from the retrain screen now.

As a Greek player I've always had this anyway, however have any of the rest of you noticed that when there is a retrain of 0 crowns that it still deducts the oil cost if it is a second general. Kind of annoying tbh
