Correct HP for Medium Tanks

I just got my global age, medium tanks and they have 17,292 HP. I have versailles and have completed standing army and chivalry techs. Does this sound right? Some of my alliance mates seem to have tanks with a lot more HP....

My Brits are showing as 14300 + 2860 = 17160 ......... 11000 x [10%+10%+10%] + 2860 for global

If you're French it should be 11,000 x 1.5 (20%+10%+10%+10%) + 3300 for Global?? = 19800 ??

Thanks! it looks like the discrepancy in our alliance was due to use of the Armor blessing...
