I wrote to CS 4 weeks ago about a crash - probably the 4th crash that week - and got crowns. I wasn't even expecting anything, based on past history, and didn't even check the reply until 2 weeks afterwards ....
Today I sent in another report - after 4 or 5 crashes already - again, wasn't bothered because didn't expect anything - and lo and behold I received crowns immediately!! Yes, yes, I know, not gonna happen all the time but ..... so just wanted to say thanks .....

However, added to that hors d'oeuvre of crowns is a sprinkling of condescension with just a hint of reproval. I was, yet again, told I should quit all other games, close & restart the game, clear cache, make sure my internet is stable, make sure I have the latest device & operating system, blah blah, .....

I DO have a stable connection - I tried an unstable one for a while but it wasn't really for me ......!! I DO have the latest android device and OS - I tried a Nokia 3310 for a while but it wasn't for me ..... !!

C'mon Nexon - I'm no programmer but as technology improves surely lines of code can used more efficiently?? Or maybe it's something as simple as dialling back these special events or sales that clog up the bandwidth? (have I got that right redprince ?)
In fact, you can start by getting rid of the silly Vault ad on my screen - never gonna happen .....

Lol this must be them making up for you missing all the sales as I have never ever gotten anything from cs before, even when there was that issue with an update which broke all current wars...and they said to message them for 300 crowns compensation. Just got told thanks for telling them a d that they know haha

Connection issues have been on the rise again lately. Several ppl in my clan have lost WW battles this past week because of it and (drum roll) I've lost medals several times the last couple of days raiding because of it. If I wasn't chasing the medal lb I wouldn't care, but to lose 30+ medals a pop especially when u picked up enough stars for victory really dampens your motivation at that moment in time to continue playing. That and the unbalanced medal system r making me want to raid less and less (which means less $ spent...which is good for me I guess lol).

No July state of the nation's either...wth!

The DEVS are Utter Morons, and are Breaking this game BIG TIME, with all the JUNK offers, Get the Friggin Game working FIRST, then make it Better, NOT ROCKET SCIENCE...

The amount of resources you can use in a good WW can be a lot, and couple that with how much winnings you lose out on, 300 crowns is just an insult imo! Oh a brighter note, I think Ive worked out why players will miss out on war loot (though Nexon dont even want to comprehned this) ... While the war is closing or even about to close, STAY OUT OF THE WAR MAP, STAY OUT OFF YOUR COMMAND POST! Better still (but not always needed) log out while it counts down the final 5 or so minutes! Ive tested this 3 times now and Ive found it to be a fact. Just a heads up

I'm going to go out on the limb here and say events probably have very little to do with bandwidth issues. That said I like the events and really hope they keep them...the sales on the other hand...would be nice if they were something at least mildly attractive.
