Crowns lost and alliance

Server Maintenance - 1,200 crowns lost along with more than 300 medals

Username on game - Dagrims

Upon loading the game after the most recent server maintenance, I lost the 1,200 crowns I purchased with the starter pack, resulting in -272 crowns. I also had more than 600 medals, and loaded to find myself at 302 medals. I took a picture but am getting an error when I try to upload the attachment. It would be no problem for me to email this screenshot if I knew the appropriate email address.

I would like to be credited back the lost crowns, or I would like a refund for that purchase. I will contact Apple to follow up if I don't receive a response from the developer.

Same problem here mate. I had around 350 crowns and am now at -1,377 crowns!! Not impressed as I've brought the starter pack and a couple of other packs as well. I also have a picture. If I can get an email address I'll send it. Already sent it to the Doninations Twitter account already.

Same happened to me. Medal count dropped by more than 400, I have -56,429 crowns, and my notifications tell me I have been attacked 21 times since I last played 8 hours ago while also telling me the most recent attack on me was 2 weeks ago...

Yes, a lot of negative crowns. I've also just noticed I've lost about 300 medals too. Was in copper II and now only have 300 medals.

I have just logged in after a 5 hour break and found that I suddenly have MINUS 1576 crowns, have lost more than 400 medals, have been attacked twice when I had more than 6 hours of peace treaty left left...

I have sent a complaint in via the service desk, but it means no playing until it is fixed... Which is very annoying. I have spent good money on building up my little empire and it is VERY annoying.

How on earth can simple server maintenance destroy accounts??????

I got -8566 crowns??? And my medals dropped from 742 to 400?? And my alliance to Pinoy Knights is gone. Tried searching for the alliance it is no longer listed.

Yes, same here! Gone from +115 crowns to -1576 crowns!!!! And gone from having 935 medals in silver III league to having only 482 medals!

I cannot understand how simple server maintenance is destroying accounts like this.

They have a support center if you click the gears on the right middle and then customer service. Or just email directly to support@nexonm.com

If you click on the report issue link in the gears tab, it just gives a reference number to use in an email to support.

I am showing a negative medal count as well and lost 200 medals. My defence log is from 2 weeks ago.

I submitted a service request ticket through the game itself, as suggested above. Will post an update if I receive a response.

Maybe this was just their way of getting more people to register on the forums.

Mine lists three attacks on me, two at two weeks ago and some at 2,365 weeks ago, exactly the same as your, but with different medal results...

I submitted a ticket, i told them to get me back in my alliance and i dont care about my medals. Now, i'm back in my alliance but still got 200 less medals. Dick move nexon, dick move..

Woke and have negative crowns and am showing I'm in my old clan and won't let me leave !!

I submitted a ticket in game, i wrote in my email that i dont care about medals, just get me back in my alliance. That seems to correct the problem. Im back in my alliance, but my medal count is still 200 medals less than before the bug.

Crowns, medals, resources and two weeks lost

ogged into game and message popped up saying server under maintenance. After a few attempts I managed to load the game. Only to find I am back on my old alliance that I left a while back. More annoyingly my medals have dropped by 200, really annoyed. I have tried to leave the alliance and can't, I have also tried to rejoin my current alliance but it says I am already a member. How come I am stuck on two alliances. Please sort this out and return my medals and put me in the alliance where I was. I have now just noticed I have gone from 1100 crowns to -114 crowns. Along with the other issue please sort this out and replace the crowns I recently purchased. I sent an email about 3 hours ago but have heard nothing.....
