Crowns lost and alliance

Server Maintenance - 1,200 crowns lost along with more than 300 medals

Username on game - Dagrims

Upon loading the game after the most recent server maintenance, I lost the 1,200 crowns I purchased with the starter pack, resulting in -272 crowns. I also had more than 600 medals, and loaded to find myself at 302 medals. I took a picture but am getting an error when I try to upload the attachment. It would be no problem for me to email this screenshot if I knew the appropriate email address.

I would like to be credited back the lost crowns, or I would like a refund for that purchase. I will contact Apple to follow up if I don't receive a response from the developer.

I got the issue resolved after i submitted a ticket in game. I wrote that i dont care about medals and i just want to get back in my alliance. I got back in my alliance, no progress lost except for 200 medals loss. I never purchased any crown, and my current crown is the same as before the bug happened. It look like the minus crown only affect players with history of crown purchases.

Ahhhh I see what you mean about the crowns, medals can be regained, like you I just want back in the game, I haven't played because I don't know what is going to happen to any progress I make

I just left my old alliace. And now i am trying to leave the new alliance. But i cannot leave the alliance. When i leave the alliance, always join automaticly to the alliance "high times". Please nexon m fix the problem. My medals srop 200 ! And i cannot leave the alliace!!

Negative crowns and medals lost

I know have have -43904 crowns. I also lost 300 medals. Was first in my alliance. Now, I am 23rd. Please tell me you can fix this soon.

I lost medals ... negatvie crowns and now the 2rd maintance warning today (yay!)

Ok guys ...

Your game is fun but not ready to be played, period.

1) Negative crowns ... you know players are checking this first when they are login in. (We pay for this). When we are seeing negatives crowns, you are just loosing trust from paid members.
2) Stupid maintenance schedule ... wtf... the 2rd today? And middle of the afternoon? 5 hours of maintenance ? Yeah right ...
3) Again maintenance schedule ... when you are saying 2 hours... keep it 2 hours! yesterday you were saying 2 hours and it came back 10 minutes later ... i got attacked 3 times and lost 200k foods.
4) Cheaters ... your game is filled with more cheaters than a dating club ...

I spent 50$ the last 3 weeks but i will never spend another cent before i see you get your game right.

Thanks for the feedback Bored. If you're hit by negative crowns due to a purchase made while DomiNations when under server maintenance, please submit a submit a support request by sending us an in-game Customer Support ticket: Settings > Customer Service > Report Issue.

It also helps when you're reporting issues here in the forums to include your Player ID (found in the Settings > Customer Service window) so we can more quickly help you, thanks!

I've contacted Apple and requested a refund of all purchases.

Awesome game, it has potential. Then again, ripping off Microsoft's Rise of Nations is bound to give you a good game.

Fix your servers Nexon! I had 1000+ crowns and now I have a negative amount. Also went from 1550+ medals to 1420. I don't think you understand how difficult it was to gain those 130+ medals. Not spending any more until you resolve these issues!!

After maintenance cant join new alliance bc "im still in new alliance"?

I got on after the maintenance and it said i joined the very first alliance i made when i started that i have since left. I joined a new alliance about 3 days ago but when i log in after maintenance it puts me in very first alliance wtf? Big huge games get your stuff together before dominations becomes a big huge letdown....

Lost crowns!!! No reaction to emails!!!

Because you guys don't even answer emails I will put it here. I have bought for 25€ crowns and have not even got the joy of using it in my gameplay. I have around -3000 crowns now. I want my crowns back!!! Even after the second maintenance I don't have it back I just can't understand why you have not fixed this yet. Dominations ruined my day!! I hope you guys are working on compensation.

Lost crowns and battles after last update

I have lost 158 medals and my battle history for the past 4 days has been wiped off, following the last update. Similar things happened before. I have reported them every time through in-game tickets, but have not received any reply. Any mod here can help please?
