Crowns lost and alliance

Server Maintenance - 1,200 crowns lost along with more than 300 medals

Username on game - Dagrims

Upon loading the game after the most recent server maintenance, I lost the 1,200 crowns I purchased with the starter pack, resulting in -272 crowns. I also had more than 600 medals, and loaded to find myself at 302 medals. I took a picture but am getting an error when I try to upload the attachment. It would be no problem for me to email this screenshot if I knew the appropriate email address.

I would like to be credited back the lost crowns, or I would like a refund for that purchase. I will contact Apple to follow up if I don't receive a response from the developer.

Don't worry mucho I figured some of our members must have gotten booted even though it shows everyone's still in the allaince including you. Most of the guys were affected some way or another. But the allaince is still here rejoin when you can or message me.

I've spent a load of money on crowns to get myself to a reasonable defensive level (medieval/ Roman). Purchased a 5day peace treaty on Friday afternoon, and got attacked and looted Saturday night whilst doing upgrades... You read on the forums, that there are a lot of people out there NOT playing by the RULES, at the obvious expense of the people like US,who are paying good money to play FAIR. I've sent a report/complaint to customer service, waiting on a reply. Also thinking of asking for a refund of the $500 ish money I have spent on crowns, if they do not sort this MESS out ASAP!!! This game studio Need us fee paying players too stay afloat, or they will go bust again and we will never get our money back. Maybe they could give US Honest Money Paying players a BONUS 100,000 crowns as a SORRY we Screwed You, Compensation Package!!! Then we might be able too Compete on a LEVEL playing field with the Scumbags out there...

You have to call apple support to get the money back...it will take about an hour waiting on hold and giving them all of the information, and the best thing is that you get to keep all of your base lol.....just get your money back!

Guys at least nexon are on the issue wait till its back i have no doubt they want to fix things - i am the number 2 player and lets all bear in mind the game was in beta - i have faith since dominationvirgil became a mod there has been huge improvement - still a long way to go but at keast he is proactive and hates cheats and cheaters as much as we do - i spent over 5ooo GBP on this game and if they restore criwns and medals then i will still support the game - I am showing 46000 negative and my medals dropped from 1840 to 1700 whic if not restored then i will agree with you all but till then lets wait

Negative crowns still

I still have negative crowns, gained back some of my medals but still missing around 30 Sent this via I. Game channels but responding to your message saying all is fixed now. Player ID = 701944

Guys I wrote a ticket, read mail that the issue was fixed but I still have -522 crowns. My id is 2939985. I bought crowns yesterday!
