Server Maintenance - 1,200 crowns lost along with more than 300 medals

Upon loading the game after the most recent server maintenance, I lost the 1,200 crowns I purchased with the starter pack, resulting in -272 crowns. I also had more than 600 medals, and loaded to find myself at 302 medals. I took a picture but am getting an error when I try to upload the attachment. It would be no problem for me to email this screenshot if I knew the appropriate email address.

I would like to be credited back the lost crowns, or I would like a refund for that purchase. I will contact Apple to follow up if I don't receive a response from the developer.

Same thing happened to me. Bought $9.99 worth of crowns just 1 hour before maintenance. Logged back in, -326 crowns and lost around 50 medals + def/att logs. What a sh!t show!

I am requesting a refund of money spent on in game items...

In the two weeks that I have been playing this game, I have encountered users using exploits/hacks, numerous issues with being dropped from the game due to "networking" errors, attacks on my base from those at a higher level of advancement and now this server issue. I have reported everything via in game customer support tickets, to no avail: I've heard nothing back from the dev staff. Given the amount of money I have spent on what is clearly a defective product, I say enough. Had I known about these issues before hand, I never would have invested time nor money in this game. So, I am not asking you to fix your buggy app. I don't care if you do or you do not. But I am demanding that all money I have spent buying game currency, known as "crowns", be refunded to me immediately. This is not an idle request - this game is a product like any other - a car, TV, etc. If it does not work as advertised, the consumer is afforded protections under both State and Federal law, which by and large supersede the TOS governing the use of the software application. In other words, the TOS may not be used as a shield for selling a defective product. And that's it. Thank you in advance for the refund. If I do not hear back from you, I will refer this to Apple. I am quite certain I am not the only person here who feels the same way.

Your the same as Me But im having an Alliance Bug. If DomiNations wants to be a sucessful game..They should fix our issues. My First issue was *Stuck on loading screen after closing and opening the App again* (Which was Fix Already)

Its not going to Fail unless we Support Nexon and Big Huge Games. They are Bankrupt in the past and this is their Revival Game DomiNations which was Release on April on iOS and Android Devices. Also in Amazon App Store.

DomiNations has potential. I have Faith in the developers. We should support them. After that, they will fix our issues

Kicked out of my own alliance?

I created an alliance earlier today. It had no profanity, I had no issues with it until I logged on a few minutes ago. When I logged onto my game I got a message saying something along the lines of, "Alliance Update: You've been kicked from the clan." But the issue is I was the only person in my own clan. Is there any explanation or is this a random bug?

Lost medals after server maintenance break

I too was affected by lost medals and log disappearing for the last couple of days. Seems I chose the absolute worst day to try and reach for the 1000 medals, playing all day, painstakingly climbing up to about 950 medals (was hopeful I'd reach 1000 tomorrow) - but after the server maintenance, I couldn't believe my eyes: I was back to 800 medals, and having been attacked while I supposedly had hours of peacy treaty still in effect.

Please let the gamers know how you'll be dealing with this issue as quickly as possible, as I no longer have the will to risk wasting my time trying to progress on the game, just to have some maintenance break take it all away.
