Crowns lost and alliance

Server Maintenance - 1,200 crowns lost along with more than 300 medals

Username on game - Dagrims

Upon loading the game after the most recent server maintenance, I lost the 1,200 crowns I purchased with the starter pack, resulting in -272 crowns. I also had more than 600 medals, and loaded to find myself at 302 medals. I took a picture but am getting an error when I try to upload the attachment. It would be no problem for me to email this screenshot if I knew the appropriate email address.

I would like to be credited back the lost crowns, or I would like a refund for that purchase. I will contact Apple to follow up if I don't receive a response from the developer.

Submit a support request by sending us an in-game Customer Support ticket: Settings > Customer Service > Report Issue

Also, please add your player IDs to posts so we can also help fix your accounts, thanks!

What about our correct medal counts? Can we expect to have that returned to normal before your servers got messed up?

Neg Crowns, Lost Medals & Different Alliance

We got lots of players got neg crowns on there accts, lost medals and some are in a differents alliances... pls help us including me . Im originally in Pekpek Nation but when i open my game im in Pekpek Family Alliance .. My ingame name is Ava_KiKi

Lost Over 200 Medals during maintenance

During a short maintenance period today I logged back to find not only was I removed from my alliance but I was missing over 200 medals. Please fix this quickly, it's bugs like this that take the fun out of a game. That was many hours over several days of game play to earn those medals to disappear within a hour during maintenance... I've sent an email via the game as well as have minus 500 crowns when I had over 700 (can't remember exact amount) What you are not telling anyone is when you will resolve this? Do I need to contact Apple and ask for a refund or do you want to post a meaningful response oh wise one

I not negative because i don't wast my crowns yet.... I buy yesterday with a house for 9,99.... The house still there, but i lost all the crowns ...... I really want my 1000+ crowns back.....

Everyone if we all contact Apple for a refund it might get some attention as clearly there is no plan to resolve this issue Put my money back in my account you have stolen. I think we should be given some compensation too as a gesture of goodwill - i actually like this game even though it is still being developed and is clunky

Negative Crown Balance

"Hey TheWise, Not sure if my previous message was delivered, but to restate and sum up some of my problem, I brought this to your attention via PM to avoid complications on the forums. After logging on I noticed a negative balance of -1,877 Crowns. I have spent $70 on the game and can provide all receipts, but I feel sort of robbed (being that I am a loyal customer). I had planned on spending gems to skip time, I have quite a bit of loot and with a negative balance in Crowns it is hard to spend. Unsure of the amount prior to the error but I did have a lot. Same thing happened/is happening to me. When I check the roster for the old alliance my account is not listed, while the alliance I should be in does list my account. The alliance gate, chat window and profile flag all reflect the old alliance. When I attempt to leave the old alliance the game automatically forces me back into it. Frustrating.

Same here.. Alliance Sea Monsters. All Members removed and can not rejoin as the game is telling them they are still in an alliance. Even the LEADER(myself) can not jin the clan.. Please fix.

Negative crown balance here.

Just had bought a mound of crowns last night. I'm now at negative 321. I will call apple if not resolved. I have receipts for the crowns I've bought last two weeks. Player I'd 3492194

Lost medals and crowns

I have lost over 250 medals and have a -1,365 crowns after maintenance today. ID is 3788346. Please fix this. We appreciate it.
