Crowns lost and alliance

Server Maintenance - 1,200 crowns lost along with more than 300 medals

Upon loading the game after the most recent server maintenance, I lost the 1,200 crowns I purchased with the starter pack, resulting in -272 crowns. I also had more than 600 medals, and loaded to find myself at 302 medals. I took a picture but am getting an error when I try to upload the attachment. It would be no problem for me to email this screenshot if I knew the appropriate email address.

I would like to be credited back the lost crowns, or I would like a refund for that purchase. I will contact Apple to follow up if I don't receive a response from the developer.

Alliance issue's

During the problems last night my clan were having problems being able to talk in the alliance chat and we're also seeing they were kicked out but they really weren't when they tried to get back into the alliance it was showing they couldn't rejoin so I kicked them out to see if I can get them back in and now it's not letting me invite them please fix this!

Missing 20,000 crowns

I had just purchased 20,500 crowns yesterday and I am negative now. Also my peace treaties are not effective and I am losing resources. My id is #1696340

My crowns were restored yesterday. I woke up today to negative 29k crowns again.

I got the message in game saying it was all fixed, but I'm still missing about 50 medals; and the attack log is still missing the dozens of attacks from the last days - it only shows attacks I made 3 days ago. So, it is definitely not fixed.

Also, though I got some medals back with the "fix" (from 800 to 900), it still shows the legion class as being in the class Copper I (which is up to 799 medals, which I was/am way past.)

Can we expect the "fix" to be fixed... or should we just call it quits?


(Sorry for sounding a bit harsh, but as you'd expect, this is profoundly annoying, as it makes all our effort in the game a complete waste of time... and money.)

Last update medals are fixed BUT

My medals are returned back to the original one but I have 9K crowns prior to the last update. I turned on the game this morning. I was given additional 3000 crowns but my account only showed 2000 crowns total. I lost 9000 crowns and the bonus compensation that you guys gave to me. My account ID is 1111275. Thank you!

My account is still missing the 1200 crowns

ID:2438279 You say everyone's accounts are back to normal as far as medals and crowns? Yesterday morning I purchased the bonus starter pack that gives you a free house and 1200 crowns which brought my crown total to 1276. If you look, i did not use a single crown, yet when your game crashed on everyone all my 1200 purchased crowns dissapeared. I still have the bonus house but thats it. Either give me my 1200 crowns or take back your house and reimburse me the $13.79 for my purchase yesterday. Respectfully Jamie

maintenance stole 2000+ crowns

After maintenance I am stuck at 300 crowns, which makes no sense, I was at 2600 before going under maintenance, why were all of my crowns stole? I had recently bought a 2500 pack of crowns, plus the $20 pack I bought before that, so why are my crowns being stole from me? I need compensation please, I do want to support the game more but if crowns can easily be stole like that then why pay more? My id is 2840948

Round two of missing crowns. So, the fix for the previous screwby fix and more of the same. Ok, enough of that, though this only reinforces my original thoughts on the matter. And still no communication from the developers to many of the individuals who have invested money in this game. And that's something I just don't get: if I were a rep of this software development company I'd be trampled in the human stampede of company reps addressing the issues of paying customers. You know, the ones that actually might help your company turn a profit. But, nope, nada, nothing - no outreach at all. That just won't do, and may help support the case that this is something more than mere incompetence.

Hi, yesterday i bought crowns but after the update my acc was left with NEGATIVE crowns.
Today my friends are getting a message saying that this issue has been fixed but i still have them on negative...

Already sent an email to support but i got no answer.. Can someone look this up ?

(And every time i collect crowns from quests or hunting they are reduced on my negative crowns, so every minute that goes by is a minute that im loosing even more ...)

Folks! The best way to get your account fixed is to contact Customer Support via the improved in-game support tool (requires 1.3; update is available!). Settings -> Customer Service -> tap the icon in the upper right hand corner.

As far as rejoining alliances, there is a 24 hour cooldown on rejoining or requesting to rejoin an alliance. You will have to wait 24 hours from kicking them to be able to invite them again.
