Defending general cooldown.

There should not be an 8 hr. cooldown for defending generals who have not been touched. I had two generals deployed. They were out of the castle for 8 seconds before the attack was defeated. They didn't even engage in battle, yet I lose them for 8 hrs. This is totally unfair and should be changed. What is the point of having defending generals if you can use them?

My experience has always been that generals get an 8 hour cool down if they get killed on defense. It's drastically less time, if a cool down at all, if they don't. You sure they didn't die and the replay is incorrect (which is it's own issue but off-topic nonetheless)?

No they didnt die. They didnt even get to engage in battle. The replay cant be that wrong. The troops that were attacking me werent even strong enough to take out two generals plus their guards, which amounted to eight additional troops.

The 24hr cooldown for defeated generals is horrible too. That should be cut to 8 hrs. I guess they want us to use crowns to get the generals back, but I prefer to use my crowns for better things.

24 hr cool down is ridiculous. Hate it that they changed it to losing all generals if not all defensive buildings are destroyed. Why treat generals as regular troops but still have a 24 hr cool down. If we treat generals as regular troops then we should be able to train them with oil or something.

I can also confirm this issue. It has happened only once and my generals were only deployed very near the end of the battle. They replay showed no evidence of the generals even getting touched at all

You lose the battle, get starred, you lose the general.
And replay can be real buggy. Sometimes it shows some weird stuff.
