Hey mods. Your great and all, but you have to realize that customer service isn't for everything. We should be able to talk to the dev team, share ideas and issues. It would increase player stability. Thanks!

Agree. They say they're a start up, but they talk to us like a huge boring corporation. 'We'll gather feedback and deliver it to developers' they usually say.

Yes, the conversation seems to be always going one way. It would be nice if we could get some feedback from the developers.

Hi Guys, we have plans to get the devs and designers on here to answer some of your questions, but as you can see they've been busy as heck getting these updates out. As soon as things settle down, we are going to try to carve out some time for them to answer some of your questions. We may sound Big and Huge, but we are actually a small group of folks trying to crank code out 24/7.
We're doing our best! Just give us a little more time. Thank you! :)

U should take a break from writing code. And manually ban the cheaters. By the time u code some cheat detection ur game will be dead, stalled out at a small player base.

you're planning on it? seems that you guys should have had the Dev Team working with the community of players from the beginning. the current state of the game is so bad that many have given up on it already, and the rest of us are spend time in the forums complaining about the problem it has, rather than actually playing the game.

Recommendation is for BHG to have Q&A session with Dev. A post is made to solicit questions from gamers (with a deadline). Dev sorts through the questions and create a answer thread (or answer video). This is done periodically. It does much good for BHG image. I have seen that done by other smaller start ups before and it was well received. The companies (ngmoco and Z2Live) have now been acquired by a larger gaming company.

They could take an hour of their time to do any Q&A if they actually really wanted too. They could actually send out some type of acknowledgment of what the majority would want and give a response on it. as busy as they are there really is no try, even if its only 30 minutes max. Literally cant make a 'too busy' excuse imo.

You guys sure you want to the devs to be here? Everytime you suggest something, they take it the other way...

i.e.
"The A.I. is terrible, go fix it!" - next thing you know, the A.I. is more worst than before.
"The price of walls are too high! Should be priced like the gates" - the next thing you know, they increase the price of the gates to match the walls and not the other way round.

The way I see it, I'm done giving anymore game ideas/suggestions for them to abuse or to please the investors.

I'm just going to play the game as is and only raise bugs and performance issues. Afterall, there aren't any rewards as well for giving suggestions - so why bother?

I disagree that the ai is worse than before, the ai was absolutely terrible and has definitely improved this update , although rally ai is still messed up

I don't know why you complained about archers, but new AI allows british play mass archers and it is quite strong now. 45+, 2 bombards, 2 hc, some soldiers, raiders or gattlings. It almost 5 stars max EA bases may be with 1 general in the end or 1 tactic and usually 30-50% of army returns. Sometimes they miss defenders, but it is fixed with bigger group, so these acropolis bases are even better.

Rally is an issue, but I can work around it. What I can't is oil units nerf. I just don't understand how they could nerf guerrilla from 69 seconds to 600 seconds. while it wasn't even OP, suicidal and takes 15 slots. They just shut this unit down taking a big peace of fun away. It should be 5 mins, better 4 and gattlings should be 1. In the best case, we should be able to train 2 gattlings + 2 guerillas for 8-10 mins. In such case I'd use crowns to speed them up a bit when other army is ready.

Yea I agree redgar, hopefully they'll notice that nobody is using them now and rebalance their build times properly

Just waiting for things to settle down? Like what, drop a few more players?

Again with the updates: We are all waiting eagerly for the updates but the feedback has been more than overwhelming from your customers:

We will forego the updates for a while if you use the time to deal with the hackers and serious bugs. You're adding fuel to the fire by allowing the hackers to show how they can run rings around your new updates.

We have the updates, now give it a break and sort this and some of the bugs out.

We are supportive of all their efforts, but it seems a bit like the emperor's new clothes. We're calling out, but they seem convinced that everything is fine the way it is.

They have a section on the forums for that. But it's the most neglected sections to.
