Diamond mine for 500 crowns? Are you kidding me?

Who decides these prices? This is the most ridiculous price I've seen for a diamond mine. The diamond mine produces a diamond every 8 hours and requires 4 workers. Unless you are really on top of things, you are unlikely to collect all 3 diamonds per day, so let's assume you only get 2. In 7 days, that's just 14 diamonds. Diamonds cost 30 crowns if you just buy them straight. 14x30= 420 crowns. So for 80 more crowns you get the same number of diamonds, but you need 4 workers for a week to collect them. How does this make economic sense by any stretch of the imagination?

Save your crowns and just buy the stupid diamonds if you really need them. It's cheaper.

It's looking like the person who suggested the ruby items will cost thousands of them may be right. Sure, they're awarded for doing a thing most people were already doing, but still kind of lame if that's the case.

Or, in typical BHG fashion, they somehow managed to surprise themselves with one of their own releases and don't know how to implement it properly.

Whoever takes every other decision. People who don't play and have no idea what's really happening in the game. Our bases are filled with oil barrels, who needs their diamond mine? And for that price!

Yeah I think you're right. I have around 1000 rubies now, and the total ruby storage for me is 3,645. So it will probably cost 2K+ to get anything from Marco.

At one point I had 250 oil barrels in my base. I cashed it all in for around 30K oil. So yeah, the diamond mine is useless.

Considering the alliance gate in Global holds around 3.5k rubies expect prices be steep. Still, Marco is here again sans rubies trades. Perhaps he is still consulting on prices back with Europe.

Of course, if they had introduced some ruby items this week, everyone would be complaining that they cost more rubies than could possibly have been collected since rubies were released. Isn't there enough legitimate stuff to complaint about?

People can multitask, y'know? Though I don't disagree with your premise Xerxes. The company has brought such a cynical view of new features on itself with a litany of poorly planned/tested/executed releases in the past year or so.

I am curious if rubies can't be stolen why place a limit on them? It leads me to believe that the ruby items will be card armies costing 2-3000 rubies each and they don't want us to get too many freebies at once. Afterall, if they were buildings you can only plunk down one at a time so there's less need to limit the ruby stockpile.

I would pay rubies to convince Marco to bring better stuff. Other than the decent deal of two sabs for 25 crowns Marco's Bargainpalooza sucks again this week.
