Did anyone notice - 2x instant retrain seems to be back

Since a few days I can instant retrain after waking up and before going to sleep. Thanks to Nexon for activating this feature again.

However there is still a lack of communication
It was switched off just so.
It was reactivated just so.
Nobody knows if the one or other was/is a bug or has been done on purpose.

we have a thread just for this....we said the same thing. They listened to us and reverted it back. They said that it wasn't them that have full control over this but rather the video provider.
