Nerf the decoy, up the air defense, up the chopper, slightly up the plane ( build time the same) that’s going to get shot down by the greatly upped their defense. Looks like more downed Planes to me. Looks like a recipe for disaster but that’s what I said about the last change.
They put tactics in the make the ones are good Cost two spaces(Cut the cast who cares it’s all about Build time). So you start using the decoy because it cost one space Bam let’s Nerf the heck out of it.

Why don’t you nuff the Raiders. Everything else would’ve been just fine so what if world war is really close in these ultra teams. If it comes down to a half second here in a half second there for their wins or losses who cares. World war is every other day at best Regular game play is every day. Give us have three refineries and call it good.

I guess you have created a bunch of troops who’s Troop spaces are too high to even use them. The reason no one wants to use the saboteur is nine troop space That’s the same as an artillery piece which will last the whole battle with you protect them. Saboteurs dead in the first seconds. If they cost three spaces someone might use them.

you could just put a cap on how much loot you can lose in a 24 hours.

pretty soon the British shooter will only be able to shoot one space that’s why everyone in world war is British the range benefit. You have to nerf that!!!

Meanwhile I've left my silo & resources (including oil wells) outside my walls in an effort to help my fellow players. I can't guarantee any NTGs for you but you won't have to combat my OP defenses.
It's the least I can do.
Just promise to take my TC and leave me a PT. :D

I looked at the number changes and let me say... The defense number changes (especially in conjunction with the first set of defensive buffs are going to make bases absurdly tanky... Like to the point where most troops will be pea shooters. I think certain troops need more than a number change (or a huge number change) to make them viable.

For instance, raising the health of mortar troops and mrl doesn't solve the core issue with them. They both would need damage increases too in order to be worth it. Especially MRL. They are a worse howitzer for all intents and purposes. I have maxed out of just about every troop excluding a few factory troops and I can say most factory troops are worthless and are being made even more so with this change.

I like dominations and hope they know what they are doing and that by the end of this everything works out for the better but currently it seems like it's going to make attacking much harder which is the opposite of what most people want (except for during wars). I really think a complete overhaul of certain troops functionality should be done (especially factory troops) and they do something within this balancing spree to make it more enjoyable to attackers.

I will say that the attack helicopter buff seems good and i'm excited to see if they will work. Also, the buff to bomber damage is quite interesting. It seems they are trying to force a different and possibly more stragetic play. I think with increased damage / health of bomber / fighters that we may see 3 fighters 1 bomber soon since bomber will be the only troop that can wipe out defenses with ease still.

I'm just gonna finish up the last level on my rpg troops, tactical helicopter, mrl and heavy machine gun (since they just upgraded the factory) and hope for the best.

After reading the batch notes, its safe to say, that the game is changing its fundamentals. Some troops (APC, rifles, infantry) are rendered useless, all the investments into their improvements in the lib/uni or museum are going to be void. I'm not sure I will check the Design Spotlight for re-balance - Stage 3...
I believe that the player base will very shortly present a paycheck for this in a form of immediate refunds from Apple or Google. Good luck to all, I'm sure that most of the top spenders will have a lot of money for the Christmas presents :)

I'll be fair and say that the buffs to the aircraft and factory troops are sorely needed but they are instantly rendered irrelevant by the tripling of all the defensive buildings' HP.

And to reiterate *ahem*
NO ONE CARES ABOUT THE RESOURCE COSTS! IT'S THE TRAINING TIME THAT NEEDS TO BE REDUCED!

Results of "Rebalance" Phase 2
  • defensive buildings 2.5x hp
  • demolition 2.5x dmg,
  • fighters 2x dmg,
  • bombers 2.5x dmg,
  • transport paratroopers 2.5x dmg,
  • commando 2.5x damage multiplier,
  • ground troops 1.3x health boost and no damage increase,
  • heavy tanks 1.5x dmg
..... Looks like defenses win again. Net result: MultiPlayer game now even harder, still no time training reduction for airstrip or tactics, still no war improvements, commandos are still useless when they hit a land mine, AND Decoys are now USELESS. Cheaters will continue to 5* Max'd CWA bases in 30sec.
