Does anyone else want an option to change name?

I set this up at like 4am drunk and I set my username as "gawd" now, realizing my stupid decision I'd like to switch my username. I'd even pay for the change too as long as its under $5. Ive already spent like $20 and don't want to reset and start all over again. So if I could change my name it'd be greatly appreciated in the way of cash hahaha Thanks, Allyson

They just released an update in Clash of Clans where users could change their name once (and only once), and it has really thrown a lot of us for a loop. It's ok when you're a n00b and haven't been around a while, but for the veteran players who are known by many, it's a bigger change than you might imagine.

I would say, if you're going to allow name changes, ONLY allow ONE, and allow it to Dawn - Iron Age players. Anyone in Classical or above are stuck with the name they chose.

Thats a Bad Idea. Anyone in Iron Age and up can changed their name for 10 crowns

I don't like username changes in games such as this. Players build a reputation and that should follow them throughout the game. It's hard enough running a top alliance and trying to filter players out. When you sign up for a game you should assume the name you select will stay with you.

Name changes are horrible for admins!!! Cannot understate that. Player name changes should be 500 crowns, occur once every 6 months, and the previous name stays visible for 3 months so admins know who is who.

I would like the option to change name. But only because we have two with the same name in alliance.. Sometimes we are even in the same medal range. It would be nice to have a one time name change possibility. Would even pay for it if possible.
