DomiNations stuck on first loading screen!

Hi, I'm writing a help request as I am unable to play dominations and have been unable to play for many weeks, I have never tried this game but would like to play but can't as I am stuck on the loading screen. Basically, once I have downloaded the game from the App Store and start it I get a pop up saying I have a connection error and to try again, so I do and then I am stuck at the loading screen with the bar about 25% and it will not move, this can't possibly be caused by my internet connection as I have a good connection and every other game works, I am also using an iPad 4th gen. Feel free to have a look at the screenshots. Any help would be grateful, thanks.

This started happening about 2 months ago. There was a lot of people talking about in this forum then, i think most of them got fed up and quite playing cause it isn't resolved yet, but no one seems to post about it anymore.

This still happens to me, exactly like your scenario, whenever I'm not on WiFi network (LTE, 3G, 4G, H+ all wont let me connect & play on a Moto X gen2)

Nexon doesn't give a shit. Which is frustrating, cause this is a fun and addicting game that I want to play - and I cant 80% of time because of no available wifi where I work (away from home)

Same issue for me on iPad. I had to delete the game on my iPad one day. Next day i tried to reinstall it and it was impossible to pass the loading screen.
My phone in the meantimes works without any issue.
I tried to delete the game several times. I tried to reboot my iPad. I tried to install the previous version which i still had hoping it would work, but apparently they blocked the last version now.
My connection is not the issue as it's perfectly working on other devices.

Would be nice to be able to finally login after 2 months....

Same issue here. iPad works great. iPhone does not work at all. This is very frustrating.

Still happening - timed quests impossible to ever win when ya cant connect..... nice getting attacked all day without being able to collect too. Fix and credit back please!

I have the same problem from the last monday! I submit 2 mails to nexon, and any answer!!!! I have a galaxy S5 (android)

Exact same since tue. First cant connect error. Try to load again and game crashes at 25%. Happens on both iphone and galaxy.

Oh yeah also 0 response from nexon. Not even generic email that they recieved my ticket

Previous hacker, I had that issue too. I deleted some files in cydia that was blocking it from starting. BTW guys that is the only thing keeping you from starting it so good luck hacking but beware of banning.

You mean this is file they uploaded to our accounts to stop us from being able to play? Or is it just an error in the files?

No hacking attempts - it only occurs when not on Wifi connection - your assumption is unwelcome and your opinion is stupid.

What is Cyndia - i'll try to delete whatever you suggested if it's on my phone.

Tried again this morning at work - on an LTE Network connection - still getting Network Connection error - followed by two "Try again"s then just the splash screen that has not loading bar.

On Android devices, Uninstall and reinstall. Also try to move the game to device memory and don't put it on an SD CARD.

If you didn't get a response saying they received your support ticket, then they probably didn't get it. I submitted a message to them this morning and I can still go back in to view what I wrote.

I sent in the information through ingame support last night as well. With screen shots. Can't check for reply until i'm on a Wifi connect though - so still not fixed.
