0/0 donation request bug

TinSoldier Any news about when this bug will be fixed? A couple of people in my alliance request and it says 0/0 for available troop spaces instead of, for example, 0/27 or 0/30. No one can donate to them. Other people can request normally- its just a couple people so far. They’ve tried restarting their games many times. One has tried leaving and rejoining the group. Doesnt fix it.

Any info would be appreciated. Cheers.

seriously? "is much more stable?" it keeps giving me issues on my donations, so, i still waiting for a real solution, with all due respect. It has been 5 days now. How many WW do i have to let pass without playing?

His sarcastic point was that the BUG is much more stable. Not chat, that has gotten worse in every way even for those who don't have the worst problems.

We have just updated our server, which should improve the recent chat issues. You may need to fully close your game before observing the changes. Thank you again for your patience during the delay!

The problem has been resolved guys.You all can check with your own alliance members.......It's working fine now.....

TinSoldier unfortunately your fix hasn’t worked, in fact, I think it’s even worse now.
the 0/0 troop request disappeared, yes, but players who left trying to fix the issue and have joined us back simply cannot be seen in game chat, no one in the Alliance can se their posts, neither chats nor requests.
And what’s even worse, players who have left or were booted can still see our chat, mixed with the one from their new team.
This is completely absurd!

We get this ...
First the player requests the troops, then he does not send messages until the request leaves the chat. To conclude he reinstalls the game and asks the troops. In the first request the troops will be sent but will not reach the center of the city after the orders will be normalized.

The issue/bug still occurring, in fact has been 7 days now since i can't receive troops from my allies, i tried everything, but the donation request still 0/0. Again, sorry about my english, but seriously i need help, can't play the world wars like this without donations, my troops aren't enough.
