Don't get stars when Town Center is destroyed

Multiple times I have destroyed the TC and not gotten any stars - not even the quick victory star - so I get only "marginal victory" for destroying 90% or more! If I end the battle after destroying TC, I have to take a major loss and lose major medals! Happening more often lately, in Classical and Medieval cities. Please fix!!!

Did opponent have forbidden city wonder?

Yup. Damn I was hoping it was a bug. Guess I have to be more careful!
