Enigma machine not working as intended

I have done the library research for -5% at uni time
I have atomium -10%
I have enigma machine at max -15%
In total I should have -30% in time at university

Yesterday night, I started the first level of Fort General upgrade cost from Hannibal. It needed 3d and 11h to finish. I went to sleep.
I woke up and it still needed 3d and 14h!!! aka after a night's sleep, the clock was +3 hours of when I started the research.

Pls fix this asap. I don't want to wait for months for a fix for something that should be working in the first place right away.

Same here, I was stupid enough to buy it on the last sale just to realize it doesn’t work.. they shouldn’t be selling broken artifacts.

It shows the discount when starting research, but once you close and reopen the game, time discount is no longer there

and this is really serious for a paid artifact. People like you that bought it must put pressure on nexon to fix it

I keep re-opening the cs ticket.. I don’t get how they think it is correct to put a artifact for purchase when one of its main feature is not functional.. this is a major step up in screwing people and not acceptable at all.

Yeah really i cant laugh about this problem, i had the same problem many times after i bought it. some times a few weeks it works well, then again it doesnt work: it doubles the researchtime..
and each time i tell the support, all they keep saying is: give us more info, we are working on it.. really? i payed 200euro!
besides that, they said they recognize there is a malfunctioning of the enigma artifact but they dont recognize it as its their mistake/fault. cuz if they recognize that then each time they give a compensation.. but no, its not their fault they said, really? then whose fault is it??
first i though 200 is a lot but on a few year -> researching in university, thats a good deal, till i saw that it doesnt work.. thats called fraud: selling a product that doesnt work..
i can tolerate a lot but this, no not this, this pisses me off! fix it or give my money back!

Enigma machine bug, as of yesterday, HAS BEEN FIXED! Tested! 100% working.

You need to unequip the artifact and restart the game, re-equip it and you are good to go!!

Guys,

just realize that Nexon doesn't give a f..k about players in general. Their primary goal is to make money and nothing else.

As long as there are paying players, Nexon will continue its tactics of disinterest.

RAGE AGAINST THE MACHINE...I'm playing the game for nearly 5 years now but now I' really fed up. Hundreds of thousands of players should stop playing simultaneously for several weeks, maybe Nexon will then realize that you shouldn't bite the hand that feeds you.

It will not happen. You cannot manage this of thousands of players. It is only a function overtime players are disappearing. And they won’t come back again! The only players who are coming back are cheaters. The more cheaters, the less honest players.
