Estate not the Issue - Impatient Players the actual Problem

Firstly - I would like to agree that the Estate is well overpriced and that I also will not purchase the additional three builders for that price, however...

Coming from a COC background, we all as Players know maximising a base does not take months, but even years. The Estate has only one so called benefit - reaching the end faster (if there is and end). By reading all posts regarding the Estate and how it effects the Game, how some players gain an unfair advantage over others, how this update caused many not to stop spending etc, is like saying someone in the Industrial Age compared to a Player in the Medieval Age, has an Advantage over him... This is not true as both players have access to the same End Result - one is just lagging a couple of months behind.

The same with the Estate. The only actual benefit considering the Game, it gives an extra Road Bonus as it represents an extra Building - given the fact that you connect every single building to Roads - which is merely impossible. In short - to maximise Global Age will take me for example 2 years, where it will take the next person with the Mansion 1.5 years. Nexon is a Business and gives players a free choice to speed up the Game for them or not. I can still wreck a Base with a Mansion or without one - it does not impact the fairness of the Game at all. I will just cruise along a couple of Ages behind the Top Players and experience the same out of the Game in the end - just a little bit later...

Stop complaining, get over yourselves and Play the Game...

I understand your point, but considering the extravagant time investments to catch up to cheaters I simply don't agree. The way the dock looks to be playing out will only make this issue worse as well, since if my understanding is correct the units earned are card armies rather than mercenaries, and require as many as 7 workers for 4 days from what I've read.

Hah, that should be it's own topic.

I don't think he disagrees with you, cheaters will always be a problem. The complaints are more so about paying gamers getting an unfair advantage compared to non-paying gamers. And the OP's point is that that is not the case.

I'd agree with all of this except there are several key points that are missed. Everyone talks about how 3 workers give you more speed, but that is not the only thing. They also give you versatility, more involvement in the game, you can pick what you want to do and still have someone leftover, regular players just put 2 upgrades and put down the game when not at war. For days. Really fun game there.

Also, university changes things a bit, it gives you advantages that don't give XP. Invisible advantages. You compared people of different ages, a more accurate comparison of someone with and without uni upgrades is, for example, a GPA vs a IA that looks like any regular GPA.

I just want to be able to earn more citizens through hard work, I understand that Nexon is a business and that people are going to pay to win. But I really think that players should be able to earn the same advantages as people with unlimited disposable money. Even if one citizen cost 220k oil I would be much happier. Waiting 2 weeks for building upgrades is just awful.

I bought it while it came out and will buy another one if available. Opinion is opinions, there're people like me who is willing to pay to play so just do whatever you feel is best for you. I really don't think cheater is ruining the game because there's always people who are ahead of you. Just stay calm and be collective this is just a game after everything.

This is ur opinion, my opinion is quitting the game soon i have taken the decision , just a matter of time so I don't care if they keep sucking $$ from u
if u think clapping on forums for the wrong things nexon do is gonna change that ur wrong, it's been ongoing from the past months, Estate is just the most recent crap in tis series
here we go
1- TC costing 10 workers to global age
2- towers costing 4 instead of 3
3- castle cost 8 workers
4- tank depot cost 6 workers
5- university costing 3 then 4 then 5 workers to upgrade a single skill
6- new expedition costing 2 workers

look at the huge increase of worker cost, who is the only one gonna bear it? The one who buy their real cash workers, fine let them enjoy the game ;)

If you are using 8 workers for castle that means the same goes on everybody. Everybody is having the same situation so you play or get out. If you really quitting why are you still MON lying on the forum? Good bye.

Big spenders are the reason why many players can play this game for free! They are not the problem. Cheaters are still the biggest problem, followed by stalemates and sandbagging... but at least for the last 2, something can be done about it...

You can spend money on the game to support it without getting a direct advantage over other players. Like with DotA 2 and its hats upon hats upon hats, and compendiums. You can spend thousands on that game and still not have any actual advantage over other players that are playing the game for free, as the only difference between a person who spends a lot and a person who doesn't is their cosmetics.

What I find odd is that Nexon even supported DotA 2 in Korea years ago so they should have an idea of how Valve's cosmetic system worked.

Oh please don't say the same goes on everybody's crap
It's like saying there is a bug or stupid troops AI and say (everyone got this bug not only u so don't complain)
If there is a bad game feature for everyone that doesn't mean i should stay silent + no it's not for everyone since who buys +5 workers won't have a problem castle costing 8 workers, he has plenty of workers to worry about workers cost
And yea am quitting and i said soon and since am still playing am still on forums and remember it's a public forum not ur home to tell me go out :)

Some companies forget that free to play players are who actually make the game vivid, if they want to keep pay to play customers then they gonna lose most of their players
Not strange why i find 80% of the bases are abandoned bases of quitters or cheaters while in multiplayer matchmaking

I decided to check out the game Mobile Strike. What a colossal piece of pay to win garbage. They managed to sucker me in for $4.99.. but I'm not dropping thousands like other folks. The upgrades go into the YEARS to complete. While I am not dropping 50 bucks (out of principle) to get the estate, I feel that this game is not way overboard (yet) like Mobile Strike.. I really enjoy this game and would get the estate, but not for $50. I think the sticker shock is affecting most people. If they dropped it to $5, I think they'd likely have a TON more folks buy it, thus actually increasing their revenue. If 1% buy at 50, but 20% buy at 5, they'd double their cash. Nexon folks-- Say hi to Kim Jong Un when you see him next.

10 or 15 USD because it fits the criteria of $10 for 2 citizens from the starter pack and $20 for 4 from the 2nd one
