Fair treatment to all players

I received 200 crowns for yesterday bugs. Thanks, But I lost like 100 medals. Some players received 1200 crowns. It's kinda unfair. Please provide fair treatment to everybody. My nickname is the same in the game, Redgar

I didn't get any crowns at all as compensation even though I lost medals, crowns, and time. Then of course there are others who received thousands of crowns and weren't really affected by Nexon's screw up.

Now I read about some people received 45000 crowns and maxed out bases caz Of that and feel stupid by spending so much effort for one upgrade lol ))) I think from 200 to 1200 crowns to everybody who played these days is fair enough, especially to those who didn't hurry to spend these extra crowns )))

You people are a disgrace. Go beg somewhere else. There have been difficult issues this weekend and Nexon is trying to deal with it. Unfortunately the leeches will now come out of the would work and want free crowns. If you lost crowns you deserve some compensation. If you lost a few medals suck it up and go win them back.

I am fine with fair approach to everybody even if there are no free crowns at all, so noone begs here. Save your disgrace for yourself when insulting people sharing their opinions.

Rod that post was the only disgrace on this thread. I'm a customer and I did not get what I paid for. Maybe you are happy giving your money away but most of us are not

Rod. You've certainly earned your name, Nim. Please explain to us, in detail, the "difficult issues" of which you speak. Do you have any special insight into the issues plaguing this game? If so, how and why - are you an employee of Nex or BHG, perhaps a developer? If none of these, what on God's Green Earth would compel you to complain about consumers desiring fair recompense for what appears to be a faulty product? Why would you even care?

Some guys I know received thousands of crowns from the recent alliance/crown/medal bugs. One of them even posted about it in a Facebook group I'm in.

He said he got 58743 crowns and jumped from level 55 to 71 using those crowns. A guy from my clan also received something like 12K crowns while others got only 200.

It's really unfair for people who paid for their crowns (I'm one of them). Hope Nexon does something about this. I'm starting get fed up with all these bugs.

Yes, tens of thousands crowns were delivered for free to so many people. Confirmed, it's not a rumor. I can't imagine worse glitch for demotivation other players to play and pay.

Almost time to hit the eject switch and ask for my money back. Seriously, why are they stonewalling paying customers? What the hell is the deal here? Has anyone had any dialogue with the company?

No. They don't respond to dialogue. According to Wise, all issues are fixed. Support of this game have their head in the sand

seems to me that the glitch and server maintenance effected everyone equally, so there really is no reason to compensate some players with thousands and thousands of crowns, and other just get a measly handful or nothing at all. unless they are just trying to upset the players that got the short end of the stick... and for those that got thousands of crowns, i hope you all have fun playing with yourselves when everyone else ends up leaving because they are tired of being treated so poorly.

My current theory is that when they were reversing the negative crowns, they messed up and added the crowns to the wrong accounts (so I don't think those crowns are meant as compensation). Hence the 90k extra crowns and what have you.

Ok, wrote something rather inflammatory. Devs closed my thread about negative crowns and told me to submit an in game support ticket. Which, of course, I've done 3 times so far, with the only response being the auto reply. Dudes. Really? Do not thank me for my patience again. Not one more single time. You presume too much. Free game, Ok, I don't care. But you took my money. You sold me a lemon. You think I'm just going to walk away? Think again. I'm fired up. You think your safe and can brush off either me or the other people who have spent money in this game? It sure seems that way given the complete lack of communication. Here's the damn deal: unless I see a whole new attitude (as in, when I say jump, you ask me how high), that's it, screwby. I'm going to get my money back come hell or high water. Now I'm laying it down, you picking it up?

Nothing in the thread that you wrote was inflammatory, as all it included was your Player ID, and it was stated why the thread was closed in the first place: we cannot provide customer support for that issue over the forums, in which a ticket is required in order for us to resolve the issue. We are doing our best to get to everyone who is currently submitting support tickets, so we sincerely apologize for the delay as we understand how frustrating the wait can be.

We are closing threads right now to consolidate the discussion into one main thread, rather than having the forums with multiple threads on the same topic. Better. What I originally wrote in my last post was much more inflammatory than what you see there now. That's what that means. And, didn't claim you were closing multiple threads - just one. Don't get touchy: the guilty man flees when no man chases. I get that you are doing your best. Please read MY in game support requests to understand what I will need to continue to patronize your game. If you cannot or will not provide what I have requested, or if you will provide what I have requested, please advise via an in game email in the next 24 hours. You've had enough time to fix these issues by now. Either way, once I have received your answer, I will take action accordingly.
