Fair treatment to all players

I received 200 crowns for yesterday bugs. Thanks, But I lost like 100 medals. Some players received 1200 crowns. It's kinda unfair. Please provide fair treatment to everybody. My nickname is the same in the game, Redgar

They removed free daily crowns from league rewards! That's a greedy update imo, but big spenders are happy, so whatever

Dear Adrasteia. What you should and defenately could (by technical means do) or at least consider is: check the game/account logs before and after the server maintenance and focus on all accounts with a greater difference of >5 lvl. (jumps) which are not possible to realize within one day when you are above a certain level tier (around lvl. 30+) unless you made huge crown purchases, which I doubt have been made during the server error time. These account have to be set back accordingly to their status before they have used unfair advantage of the exploit. They knew they made unfair progress with tens of thousands of crowns. Yes it takes even more time to doublecheck which accounts have been affected but it can be investigated to whichs accounts these amounts have been credited and correct this awful mistake. As other customers already stated this is highly discouraging and kills all motivation (myself and mostly all of my alliance included) probably leading in uninstalling this game and request fully/partly refunds from apple/google appstores (which I know will be granted given the situation). I appreciate you commenting here and announcing this unhappy situation is beeing looked into and I really hope this can be repaired and customer trust restored.

Another question: Since I have read that there will be no action been taken towards players speding thousands of thousands of unearned crowns towards upleveling, thus no rollback, how will the other player compensated than? Have a missed the announcement on how this scandal is planed to get fixed? An informative answer is highly appreciated, thanks!

Bump. Still down 10k crowns and another in game support ticket sent plus. Would a moderator please respond and explain how this is being addressed?

Okay, so their strategy now is to keep this issue silent, roll an update, so big spenders may switch to unbalanced Rome and be happy. Tens of thousands of free crowns were given away? No problem, Nexon will take them back from free players by removing crowns from league daily reward. This topic becomes actual even more now.

Still down -10K crowns with no communication from company. How long will this be allowed to fester? Am I the only one who is still effected by this issues?

Where is the response to what you going to do after you gave away thousands of crowns to only some players? "timely manner " I'd love to know what that actually means for you? 1 day, 2 days, 1 week or more? We are still waiting after 5 days for any response, that is not timely to me at all.

Bullshit about timely!!i lost my village after update yesterday and still have missing crown for about a week..damn support team

I think compensation is now swept under the rug. I think the long term solution though is to add content like a new age and levels. As more content comes the mishap will probably just fade away as crowngate;-) But seriously, when is the next age coming? Its a great game but if cheating is fixed the best thing to do would be to take away the advantage through more competition.

Dont tell us youre doing the best you can. Do you know what would happen if I told my boss that? Thats right. Id be on the outside looking in. Stop whining and making excuses. Give your customers information and assurances, perhaps even an ETA. RESPOND to support tickets. Study compnaies that get customer service right before you lose everything. Seriously.

wow, what a disappointing response from nexon about the 1000s of free crowns that some users received while others got nothing at all. my guess is they'll just hope everyone forgets that they screwed up royally and made no real effort to address the issue and make the game fair for all users who play it. i know my visa card will stay firmly in my wallet from now on, and i hope the rest of you do the same and stop spending on this game until Nexon stays treating all users equally and bans all of the cheaters.

Rod. You've certainly earned your name, Nim. Please explain to us, in detail, the "difficult issues" of which you speak. Do you have any special insight into the issues plaguing this game? If so, how and why - are you an employee of Nex or BHG, perhaps a developer? If none of these, what on God's Green Earth would compel you to complain about consumers desiring fair recompense for what appears to be a faulty product? Why would you even care?

Your complaining about free crowns you have received? Be happy to get something, be happy you can play your game, many others cannot due to ongoing bugs and issues, so quit crying that your friend got more free crowns then you ad suck it up

it's not a few crown that some people got, it was 1000s of them. would have been better not to give any extra crowns out than to give some people 200 and others 1000s of them. it's just really discouraging to those that worked hard or spent money to level their base to see others that did nothing to just pass them by with the use of all those free crowns.

Yeah because free crowns are such a huge issue, there is most likely going to be a huge roll back anyway to fix this mess, but look at it this way I'd rather have gotten no crowns as compensation and have the ability to access my town then a couple thousand crowns, think yourself lucky, 2 days now can't do anything.
