I suppose it doesn’t really make much of a difference especially going against a somewhat decent opponent but has anyone really tried anything other than howitzers/heavy arts/cannon type units? For the longest time (And more so because we were trying to conserve all oil but the costs have gone down) it was always those and I still donate it depending on the layout of that particular war base such as it being a closed off by walls. Because of the rebalance, I’ve been upgrading armored cars towards cwa. If anyone has tried the mrls (Again because of the new research and rebalance) strictly as a defender Id like to know if they work. It all of course also depends on a.i. which is all know is perfect.
Not taking oil cost into consideration for the second, Pro/con on armored cars is the speed, dmg though not aoe, and high hp. Con being shorted range. I have a gunpowder base and even going against one that’s has mrls or heavy arts (Scary as it may be to see them), they can be killed with 2-3 barrages whereas the armored requires all and that might not be enough so tip there if anyone wants to try.
