Game crashes after last Update (ios)

After WW update game crashes randomly when entering e.g. Multiplayer or World War. Extremely bad: game crashes, too, when going to attack someone in WW. After restart attack counter is reduced by one. Actually I tried to attack two times in WW, game crashed two times before attack begun = 0 stars and no attack left. Great show! Other members of my alliance report the same problem. This makes the new WW feature completely useless to us, because we can't win.

Sorry, but the game is getting worse from update to update. Please fix this issue asap or you will loose players paying for it. We will not pay any longer for being a beta tester :-(

My configuration: Ipad Air 1, 128 GB, LTE, same problems on Iphone 6 plus, 64 GB. Both have got latest ios installed.

same problem with me..
i always crash everytime i scout enemy / ally in world war..
sometimes crash sometimes not crash..
i using iphone 5s 16gb ios 9.1, my storage available 2,7 GB..
i already follow all steps to reduce crash (like close all apps before play dominations, off music) but not work..
alrady report to CS but no respond..

please fix this asap..

Same issue with myself and others.

I reported the issue to "Customer Service" who performed zero troubleshooting. They simply said it was a known issue. The problem is it is not listed in the stickied known issue thread, and it has existed since the last big update perhaps 6-8 weeks. The game is unplayable. If I reboot my iPad I can typically get one attack in before crashing.

I have tried everything up to and including a full factory reset of my iPad and only installing Dominations on it. Nothing helped. I have an iPad 3 so last night I tried a friends iPad 4, he has never played Dominations. Fresh install, attacked once and crashed. This issue completely ruined our first war as many members of our ally crashed. Several friends have grown completely disinterested in the game as it provides frustration instead of fun. Too many other good games out there to support a company that allows this issue to exist indefinitely.

I just did another factory reset this time I installed NOTHING on the ipad other than Dominations. Loaded the game, started playing and again, crashed. The game also freezes a lot. This happens on both ipads.

These is an iOS issue and the developers must figure it out. We are screwed. Even if some of us are hardcore and choose to stay, we lose our friends and the game loses a percentage of its player base. This is permanent damage. This issue should be the company's highest priority.

Apparently the only way for Nexon to hear us is with negative feedback. If we all go and add a 1 rating to the game in the Apple App Store, perhaps then we will ultimately get someone's attention. Clearly contacting customer service doesn't work, and neither does posting on these forums.
